Salt has no calories. However, it does cause
water retention – and stomach distension.
d.
Flour. This is basically empty calories and will

e.
Heavy meals, fried foods and cheese. During this
time you need to think light. No comfort foods. These foods move through the
digestive tract very slowly, leaving you feeling heavy, weighed down and
distended.

Beans, broccoli , cabbage. These foods tend to

g.
Icecream and dairy. Many American adults have a difficult time
